Be a better teenager was created with the intention of giving insight into various deep topics like how habits are formed from early stages of life, power of mind, levels of Subconscious, accessing theta level of subconscious, neuroplasticity, unlearn the old habits and plant new habits. It also provides self-assessment tool to the individuals so that they can be able to search in our AI tool for positive affirmations, prepare customized audio and listen to it while in sleep/theta stage.
